The website offers Korean cosmetic products for sale. Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences may exist.

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation.

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order is confirmed after successful payment.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Article 1641 of the Civil Code.

The seller shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy available on the website.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
